Description

Back in 2011 we launched our first casual shirt, and the fabric was Moleskin. That same shirt has been a highlight of the fall collection ever since. Moleskin is a densely woven cotton fabric that is brushed on one side to create a plush flannel exterior. For the Heyming, we have taken the extra step of lining the interior with twill. The result is an unbelievably soft shirt that has the added benefit of being windproof. As if that was not enough, the Italian-woven cloth mixes colored and charcoal yarn to create a rich heathered appearance. It’s perhaps our favorite fabric in our the collection and the reason it has been a top seller for over a decade.

Collar: The Ledbury Alden collar; finished with a canvassed interlining to prevent unwanted folding and collar collapse

Cuff: Double button barrel cuff

      Nice Shirt, different than expected, and runs short

      The shirt is a very nice color and luxurious material. 4 stars instead of 5 because a) the material is thinner/finer than expected (not a medium or heavy weight flannel), and b) the body of the shirt runs shorter than other Ledbury shirts I’ve gotten.

      Wonderful fabric, can pick up lint

      This shirt is a wonderful saturated blue color, and is a nice dressy flannel. Deals well with the wind as well. Only drawback is that the fabric holds on to lint or pet hair sometimes. Even still, it's more like 4.5 stars.

      Great looking shirt. Fits really nicely. The liner is black so it doesn’t look as good with the sleeves rolled up. Can wear it tucked in or untucked.
